Position: Pet Lodging Attendant
What You’ll Do
As a Pet Lodging Attendant, you’ll play a hands-on role in caring for our overnight guests. Responsibilities include:
- Checking pets in and collecting accurate care instructions
- Cleaning and sanitizing kennel and outdoor run areas
- Providing meals and fresh water
- Administering medications as instructed
- Supervising playtime and daily routines
- Checking pets out and returning belongings to pet parents
You’ll also assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, booking services, processing enrollment and vaccination paperwork, confirming reservations, and giving facility tours. While the work can be physically demanding at times, you’ll be surrounded by dogs — and that’s the best part of the job.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for team members who have:
- Experience working with animals (preferred, but not required)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Compassion for animals and a willingness to learn
- The ability to handle dogs safely and responsibly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional attitude and team-player mindset

Work Schedule
Meegan Kennels operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Available shifts include:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Schedules are flexible and based on availability.
